Our Policies
We want to ensure that you are offered the best dental health possible. It is important to have an idea of your dental coverage ahead of scheduling an appointment. Insurance coverage is an agreement between the insurance company and you and your place of employment. Due to privacy laws the insurance member will receive the dental estimate response and therefore it will be the patient's responsibility to check and share the response with your dental provider. In some cases with so many dental plans available your employer and/or insurance agent can answer questions that relate specifically to your plan.
Our office allows assignment of benefits or direct billing as long as the plan allows. This means the patient is responsible for unpaid portions of dental procedures ( co-payment). Patients are expected to cover the cost of any procedures that the insurance plan does not cover.
We also accept Canadian Dental Care Plan.
*Waiving the co-payment is not allowed, dentist cannot waive the co-payment fee as this is insurance fraud leading to very serious consequences.
Rescheduling or Cancelling Appointments
Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you and the dentist or hygienist. We require two full business days or 48 hours notice to change or reschedule any visit, failure to do so can result in a $75 fee.
